Hi
No , DU application forms are not out yet.
This is because,
DU application form has been postponed due to covid-19 break and the lockdown caused by it till further
notice
but as of now , no new dates have been issued for the release of application form
So for now you need to wait for the notification regarding release of application form by Delhi University.
