Hello,

No ,you are not eligible for state quota.

You have to undergo a screening test called FMGE.

The exam has a very low pass rate and less than 10% of foreign graduates are able to qualify it.

Currently, most states allow only students who have passed from there to be able to avail the State quota seats. You are also not allowed foreign national quota either.

Currently there is only a chunk of foreign nationals who give the exam so their petition is not heard yet .

Hope this helps!!
