Are IGNOU exams year wise or semester wise for B. Com?

Exams will be conducted yearly in IGNOU for B.Com.
if you applied in june 2018 you will have exams in june 2019.
if you applied in september batch 2018 then exams will be in december 2019.
All the assignments need to be submitted before the exam.
