Yes, As long as the candidate has qualified at their 10+2 level they are eligible for the exam. Directorate of Higher Education, Maharashtra prescribes the eligibility criteria for MH CET law while announcing the admissions. The candidate needs to qualify for their 10+2 level with minimum marks. For different categories the minimum score is different. All India Category, General, EWS or Orphan candidates - 45% SC and ST of Maharashtra - 40& VJNT, SBC and OBC of Maharashtra - 42%.
