Yes, the application process for BBA LLB in IPU ended a few weeks ago. In fact, applications for all undergraduate courses have been closed in IPU. The CETs have been conducted and most results are out. Students are waiting for counseling rounds to occur. So, I guess you are late for the admission process. Try for other colleges.
