No, for JEE main examination previous year question paper of Neet and AIIMS is not important . Also, now there is no more AIIMS MBBS examination it has been scrapped off and now admission in even AIIMS is through Neet examination.

The difficulty level of jee main is more than that of medical entrance exams like NEET etc. Difficulty level of paper of neet is easier than that of jee main, questions are straightforward in neet, questions are generally formula based but in jee main questions are also twisted . --------------) Practice questions:- after finishing each chapter you should practice numericals and mcqs .You should practise at least 80 to100 numericals and mcqs in Each chapter to master concepts so that you can solve numericals and MCQs easily.

--------------) Short breaks :- take short breaks in between your studies, studying continuously can be brain tiring and it becomes difficult to focus and study with concentration, so take breaks to relax and refresh your brain.

--------------) Make short notes:- You should make chapterwise short notes for each chapter and it should contain all the important concepts and formulas. These short notes will be a great revision tool for your examination.

The syllabus for both NEET and JEE is based on the Physics and Chemistry syllabus of class 11th and 12th. The way the question paper is written, though, makes a difference. JEE Mains questions are significantly more tough and require extensive preparation. The questions answered in NEET, on the other hand, are a lot easier.
