For example, for you to become a Neurosurgeon and work in the US might bring happiness but for someone graduating from a College without any student loan might bring happiness. Patients choose their doctors and so if you are good at what you do, are empathetic towards patients and their families and work with diligence, Neurosurgery might make you happy anywhere be it in India or abroad.
