Are new medical colleges added in west bengal this year? If yes then will they start from this academic year 2019-20?

West Bengal has come up with 5 new medical colleges with one of them being private and the other four run by the government.
The five colleges have already started their admission sessions from this current particular year(2019-2020).
They are as follows:-
1) Diamond Harbour Government Medical College and Hospital
2)Cooch Behar Medical College and Hospital
3)Rampurhat Government Medical College and Hospital
4)Raiganj Governmenta Medical College and Hospital
5)Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Medical Sciences and Sanaka Hospital
The first four government colleges currently have 100 seats while the private college has 150 seats.West Bengal currently has 18 medical colleges. The total seats for MBBS in government and private colleges is 2600 and the seats have currently increased to 3150 with the inclusion of the five new colleges.
