Hii,

NIOS students are eligible for NEET 2019 exam if they have passed 10+2 class with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as major subjects in both Classes 11 and 12. The minimum aggregate marks are required 50% for UR, 45% for PwD and 40% for SC/ST/OBC category candidates. For more details regarding the eligibility criteria follow the link given below:

Yes they are eligible for NEET Exams pertainin they have passed the necessary subjects like Biology, Physics, Chemistry and English in accordance to NEET Guidelines.
