Yeah NIOS students are eligible for both the papers of JEE Mains which is going to be held in the next year. The registration for the Mains paper which will be held in January is starting from the September itself.

yes they are eligible for jee mains 2019 as till now the authorities haven't released any sort of notice to refrain nios students from participating as NIOS is recognised open university i don't think you would face much trouble if any at all
