Yes as per the current NEET UG eligibility criteria the NIOS students are provisionally eligible for NEET UG 2022, but it is subject to the outcome of Hon'ble SC as the case is still pending.
For your reference, complete NEET UG eligibility criteria is mentioned below for your reference :-
** You must have passed 10+2 from any recognized central/state board(NIOS is one of the centrally recognized board) with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English subject as compulsory subjects but even if Biology is an additional subject then also you will be eligible provisionally.
** You should have secured at least 50% (40% for OBC/SC/ST and 45% for PwD) aggregate in PCB if you belongs to General/Unreserved category.
** English should also be in your curriculum of class 12th and also you should have passed in it.
** You minimum age should be more that or equal to 17 years by December 31st of the examination year, as per the current eligibility criteria.
** As per the verdict of Hon'ble SC, now the upper age limit for NEET UG has been removed so now there is no any upper age limit.
