Are non Karnataka candidates not eligible for govt quota in kea??

Hi Karthik

To get a seat in Karnataka medical colleges, there are two possible ways. One is through the All India counselling, through which the government colleges will be open to all. Second one is through state counselling, the necessary requirement here being the domicile of that state. Through state counselling, admission is for private institutions, which have some government quota seats. But, keep in mind that without domicile you cannot get a seat in Karnataka through state counselling.
