To get into VIT-AP you need to write VITEEE, The academic eligibility criteria to write VITEEE

• A Candidate should have qualified 10+2 standard through CBSE, ICSE or any state board

• The candidate should have attempted any pre-University examination or intermediate through recognized board or University OR

• Should have a high school certification from Cambridge University or International Baccalaureate Diploma from the International Baccalaureate Office, Geneva OR

• Should possess General Certificate Education (GCE) from Cambridge/London/Sri Lanka with an advanced “A” level OR

• The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) students can also apply OR

• All candidates who have studied full time, regular and formal education will be eligible for VITEEE 2020.

So a diploma student are not eligible for VIT-AP
