Are online cutoffs and inperson cutoffs at thapar different for btech?

Hello Anupama,
There is not much difference in online counseling and in-person counseling at Thapar University. It is similar to spot round counseling at other universities. In-Person counseling is to fill the vacant seats of all the branches. Since it is to fill the vacant seats the cutoff is generally 10-20 marks lower than usual.
