Are only pcm marks counted for mh cet or overall percentage

According to the eligiblity criteria to appear for MHT CET exam, Candidates are required to have passed HSC/equivalent exam with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects with any one of the subjects – Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical/ Vocational subjects.
Candidates should have secured a minimum of 50 % marks (for General Category) in these subjects taken together and at least 45% marks (for reserved category and Persons with Disability candidates) belonging to Maharashtra State only.

MHT CET is conducted for admission to B.Tech. courses offered by various institutes in Maharashtra who are its part. The online application procedure will take place from 1st January to 31st March. The eligibility criteria state that the students must have passed class 12th examination from a recognised board including Physics, Chemistry and Maths.
So, concerning your query, the marks of all subjects including pcm are considered and not of only pcm.
