It's wrong that only engineering students are eligible for MBA.

for doing MBA you have to satisfy some eligibility criteria.

You can do MBA after doing Bsc.

Bcom.

Btech.

BA.

Eligibility for MBA Program: The prospective applicant must satisfy one of the following eligibility criteria for admissions to the MBA programme. A graduate degree under 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 pattern under any discipline, securing at least 50% marks in aggregate, from a recognized university.

Candidates who have passed Bachelor/ Master degree through correspondence / Open University System from this university or from any other university,recognized by law, are exempted from 10+2 pattern. The duration of the degree programme must be 3 + 2 years

Candidates who have passed 10th+12th+3 year that is candidates who have passed there Graduation are eligible to apply for entrance exams for MBA Courses. Candidate must also have secured at least 50% marks in their Graduation.

So yes a candidate with a graduation in BBA can also apply for entrance exams conducted for MBA.
