Are placements of VIT really centralised , I mean students in VIT AP can really get to compete for same job as vit vellore and chennai campus ??

This type of placement is called pooled placements, and all the campuses of Vellore Institute of Technology, or VIT is bound by this pooled placements among all the campuses. So, yes, essentially the placements of VIT are completely centralised.
This is also beneficial for the companies as they get a lot more people to pick from and beneficial for the students as they have a wide array of companies to chose from, so it's a win-win situation for everyone.
