there are certains situations when some questions of the previous year get repeated the next year but this cannot occur every time as it depends on the committee who are preparing the examination question paper. but certainly it is necessary to go throught the previous years question papers as this can give a clear idea of the pattern and the type of questions that can be asked and even sometimes you may get the same questions too.
