Dear Saket, it is a Medical College. There are Anti Ragging policies in place but no Anti mobile policies. The world has advanced and so has the Education Academy. It is understood that Smart phones are no more luxury but a part of essential life style. And so Smart Phones are allowed. They are not banned.
