Candidates who belongs to other state but wish to appear KCET must meet eligibility criteria that is he/she must be studied and passed from a recognized institute of Karnataka for a minimum period of 7 years.

The KCET exam conducted by Karnataka examination authority is only for native students of Karnataka or wards of people who were born in Karnataka. there are other kinds of eligibility which you can check at kea.kar.nic.in
