Few colleges of COMEDK are good whereas few colleges of UPTU are also good. Few colleges in UPTU has very good ranking in India. There are various college in UPTU like AKGEC, NIET, KIET, GL BAJAJ, Galgotias, PSIT are top-ranked college in India or North India.
UPTU is very large technical university than COMEDK.
But Few colleges in COMEDK are also listed in top-ranked college in India or South India.
You can choose any as per your location.
