Hi,
As per the ongoing pandemic, nothing can be said about it. If the condition improves, colleges can be opened earlier or even next month or after. However, it all depends upon how much the government gets control over the ongoing pandemic and how much the cases improves. It all depends upon the norms and regulations by the government.
