Are the PSU recruitments based on Gate scores benfecial for a computer science engineer?

Hello Aspirant,
Many PSU’s are there for CS graduate out of which my favorite is IOC and ONGC.
Starting package in mainstream psu is:-
- PGCIL - ~14 lpa.
- IOCL - 11.6 lpa (It has increased recently but i don’t know how much)
- ONGC - ~12.9 lpa
- GAIL - 10.6
- NTPC - ~10.4
And govt. organisations.
- BARC - 64000/Month consolidated
- ISRO/DRDO - around 10
And this will increase by around 30–40% after the PSU pay revision in 2019.
