Are the telangana students eligible for Andhra Pradesh NEET PG 2020 state quota seats ??

Hi,
Well as Telangana is a separate state and it conducts it's own counseling, that is why Telangana students won't be eligible to take part in counseling for state quota seats of Andhra Pradesh. Although for private seats counseling can be attended by all the students.
