Hello Pepe,
In keam 2019 you can move up to four allotments.I will explain
1.First allotment( No need to take admission but mandatorily pay the application fees)If you are satisfied with the first allotment then there is no need to participate in the second allotment.Unsatisfied students proceed for the next round
2.Second allotment(You will have to take admission on the alloted college by referring the admission schedule published on the keam official site)
3.Third allotment (If you get any other college this round then you must mandatorily take admission there before the deadline)Most probabily seats fill by the third allotment
4.Spot allotment (This is an exclusive round Only for students who has got their third allotment in an aided college.Students who has already got an admission in the govt college OR Students alloted to private colleges are not at all eligible for the spot round. The spot round mainly deals with filling empty government seats. So the competition will be very high. This round ensures that none of the govt seats lie vacant)
I hope this helped you.
You are free to ask more doubts
I hope that you will get your desired college
