are there any bars or limitations to join the Indian special forces

Hello,
yes there are restrictions. 1st is age:- has to apply between 17 to 21 and half years.
You have to join in Indian Army first to join in special force. You have to be 100% physically fit and have to qualify written test and medical test.
so do apply if you want to join with in the eligibility age and practice to qualify the test.
