Are there any colleges which do not deduct %in including physical education for English hons in Delhi university ?

Hey,
there is no college in Delhi University which does not deduct percentage for including physical education. All of the colleges deduct atleast 2.5% for adding physical education in the best four. This is a guideline of the university and is to be followed by all the colleges of Delhi University.
