No there are no any major changes in September session of JEE-Main other than difficulty level. Difficulty level might vary in shift to shift and therefore the percentile system has been adopted for result declaration so that any partiality can be avoided. Note that if you have appeared for both the sessions of JEE-Main then your best of the two results would be taken into consideration for final result which is expected to be released by the end of the day on September 11th which is today.
