Are there any reservation for SC students ?as per fees and qualifying marks?

Yes. Almost all the colleges and entrance exams in India provide reservation to the SC aspirants. They have a relatively low cutoff as compared to other caste aspirants.

Generally, almost all colleges have a SC cutoff rank list such as that in the IITs, the NITs, the IIITs and other reputed government academic institutions like DTU, etc.

But, we don't know which college you are aiming to study in. Can you please comment below my answer with complete details of this?

My rank in mains was 9k in my category so I will last nits so shall I go to nit orany private institute ?I need civil group?
