Your question seems to be incomplete as you have not mentioned the institute you wish enquire about the reservation for. As per my knowledge there is no such reservation under semi government quota.

But just to inform you there are semi government medical colleges and admission is based on NEET ranks. The admission is bifurcated in 2 categories: All India Quota (15%) and State Quota (85%).

To the question,yes there is reservation  in semi government if it's case in medical or engineering college.

For example category like sc/st has no fees and also category like oec has fees same as government medical college.
