Each state have their own CET exam,so when you are giving CET exam and you are looking for a college in that particular state you have to appear for that exam from that respective state. MHT CET won't have any center outside of Maharashtra

If you are still looking forward to take admission from some other state with respect to Maharashtra state you can give exams that are accepted across India

Like JEE for Engineering

NEET for Medical

With National  Level exam you can take admission in any state.

Yes, There are 12 cities to conduct MHT-CET for exam centre outside the Maharashtra state. MHT-CET exam center outside the Maharashtra:-
