Hello,

The selection process broadly five types:

  • ToELR
  • psychological assessment test
  • Interaction interview
  • Panel interview
  • Medical for physical fitness.

ToELR- The first test you need to take after you are called at the campus for the interview. 80 marks. Total score divided by 2 to get marks out of 40,which are then added to your score, The final score is derived thus - (NEET+ToELR)/4+Interview, which makes it (720+80)/4+50 So the final score is out of 250)

Its a basic English test just study grammar and vocabulary .

Pat is psychological assessment test.

Just a few situations (60 f them),and you rate them on a scale of 1 to 5.

Your answers will be presented at the panel and you just have to rate the answer with honesty.

Hope this helps!!
