Are Top B-schools like PSGM, Tiyagaraja select a person who finished their degree B. Sc more than three years, have good score in TANCET

Well if you clear there cut off and if you hold a Valid BSc degree then I dont find any thing that would stop you from Admission. Then also I would suggest you to contact the B schools for further updates and information.
