No, only male candidates who are unmarried are eligible for NDA exam. Women's are not allowed to take NDA exam, of you are interested in joining defence then you can write CDS-OTA exam, afcat exam, etc. Check the link below to know the detailed eligibility for nda exam.

National Defence Academy (NDA) is a premier institute for training gentlemen cadets into Officers for all three wings of Indian Armed Forces.
National Defence Academy only intakes around 400 cadets and after training, grants them Permanent Commission. Since PC is not available yet for Females, they CANNOT apply for NDA.
Only unmarried males can apply.

No only not married males are allowed to apply for NDA between the age of 16½ and 19 year. As a female, you can apply for CDS entry that is available to you after graduation. You have you to appear for examination and clear the merit list. After that medical and ssb will take place. If you clear all that you will go to ota Chennai for a year training
