Are we able to produce immunity against covid-19 after viral infection ?

According to research your immunity to the virus depends upon the antibodies that your system or body produces.
You cannot be immune to corona virus totally,but this immunity against this virus (antibodies)stays in your body for quite a few time.So the chances are less that you will catch the same virus twice.
therefore corona virus antibodies will help you fight the virus
But after being hit by the virus you may feel lethargic ,and you get tired soon!

As of right now, there is no medication or treatment there which can cure the covid 19 corona virus. The only thing that can help in the spread of this viral infection is social distancing which is a must to protect yourself.and that is why lockdown has been announced
