Hello aspirant,
You are not allowed to take such breaks. You are suggested to use bathrooms before the comencement of examinatio. Also the time duration of 3 hours is not so long and being it a national level of examination you should suppose to be more foccused on exam. Be careful about the eesentials to carry in examination hall.
