No this is not possible. Belonging to Telangana you are not eligible to apply for the 85% State Quota of Karnataka.

State Quota is only for the students belonging to that particular state and students of other states are not given admission in that quota, and since Telangana and Karnataka are separate states, you will not be eligible for Karnataka State Quota.
