For admission to MBBS course you need to appear for NEET UG and you can appear for NEET UG 2021 if you are of more than 17 years or will complete 17 years by December 31st 2021.'This is because as per the eligibility criteria for NEET UG 2021, a General candidate needs to have minimum 50% aggregate in PCB which includes practical as well as theory exams and as you have mentioned that you you are securing 50% marks including practical so definitely you will be eligible for NEET 2021.

Also note that in your curriculum English subject should also be there.
