There is no existence of such a course like Artificial Intelligence in Agriculture in India. But after gaining Artificial Intelligence Skill, you can use it for agricultural activities too. However, if you want to learn Artificial Intelligence then you can learn it online and offline both. There are many online educating websites and apps available for you which can teach you Artificial Intelligence. You can go either go for Paid, free or Demo course. see there is not very much theory included in agriculture  engineering course with application of AI. In most of engineering institute in India offers b.tech in computer science engineering with specialization with AI. so either you have to choose agriculture engineering or cse with specialization of AI.

AI is an emerging technology, it has wide uses in the filed of bio medical instrumentation, electrical engineering, manufacturing industry, software engineering and so on. to learn specifically about AI , I suggest you to choose for computer science engineering.
