You can't compare among these three specializations as all of these are the best options to choose but Comparing them in terms of career I would suggest you go with Cybersecurity because it is the best domain where you will learn to implement things in real life too. Also, annual compensation for cybersecurity is around 2 to 4 Crore annually. You can also start doing Bug Hunting which will give you a chance to earn Bug Bounties.

Learning Artificial Intelligence is difficult and right now the job is not more in number.

Cloud computing is also good. I would suggest you go with Cybersecurity for business purpose too.
