you can appear for VITEEE next year as you will clear your subject. But for bitsat as I know your two mark sheets won't be accepted.

Also it's not easy for applying bitsat, for both VITEEE and bitsat , you will need Minimum 75% score in PCM. This year due to Covid 19 pandemc most , admission to engineering colleges will be on the basis of jee main, and in xii you just need to pass. But next year this rule may not be applicable . Now you have to see how to get 75%

the eligibility criteria for bitsat is The candidate should secured  a minimum of aggregate 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/ Biology subjects along with 60% marks in each subject separately. Students who are appearing for 12th class in 2020 or who have passed 12th class in 2019 are eligible to appear for BITSAT 2020, so if you have passed 12th this year, you may appear in bitsat exam on 2021.

the eligibility criteria for viteee exam,

students who have passed the 12th exam or are appearing in the current year are eligible to apply. however 12th course must be completed from a recognized education board. Should have been born on or after July 1, 1998 as for 2020 notifications.  It has to be noted that only the date of birth present in the 10th standard/SSC/High School certificate will be considered by the authorities.
