Dear Saran,

Yes, you can apply in private colleges of medical in Karnataka through NEET and counselling will be held seperately through state.

Yes. If you qualify neet ug exam, you are allowed to take mbbs seat from comedk, however you have to separetly apply for comedk for attending its counselling..
