as a scientist can a candidate earn same benefits which IAS officer gets?

Hi there,
Not sure about what you have mentioned but for sure they can get benefits and opportunities same as UAS officer.
With harswork and dedication for several years it is possible. See, immediately it is not possible to get benefits same as IAS but you can get in future.
