Hi,



If you have been alloted a seat under 85% state counselling and have joined it still then you are eligible for all india counselling



However if under AIQ also you have been alloted a seat then you need to vacant either of the two seats.



Either give up the seat under state quota or the seat under all india quota. Because at once a candidate cannot hold two seats.



So yes you shall be eligible for all india quota counselling.
