There is a persons in our India, they are preparing for themselves to achieve something in their life with sleepless nights also.

So you can schedule your time for achieving something in your life it’s based on your schedule and preparation. But remember one thing time is more important in our life.

Hi,

I hope you are doing well.

See amount of hours you sleep doesn't matter what actually matter is  what you done in whole 24 hours except sleeping that matters. Sleeping is also a part of preparation of neet as you  take proper sleep then you  concentrate more and which is more important…

According to me you can take at least 5 hours  of sleep, you may exceed it by 2 hours according to ur need

Hello aspirant,

Yes you can have 5-6 hours sleep and it is suggested also because if you won't sleep properly you wont be able to focus much as required during day time.

You just need to remember that give your 100% while studying and it does't matter students sleep more than 6 hours also and get a great rank in NEET.

Just need to focus while studying.
