Hi,

Non-Resident Indians (NRI) or Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) are also eligible to apply for AIIMS provided NRI/OCI candidates are registered under Section 7A of Citizenship Act, 1955. Such candidates will need to furnish the proof of their OCI Registration at the time of counselling. Besides this, OCI/NRI candidates can go through above mentioned six- step online process to apply for AIIMS. Eligibility criteria of AIIMS as applicable for other Indian Nationals will also apply for NRI/OCI candidates. Thus, before applying, NRI/OCI candidates must ensure that they fulfill the eligibility criteria.
