Hello.
Some government has changed the criteria for the EWS certification. In Rajasthan , EWS certificate can be made on the base on annual income less than 8 LPA. There is no limit of size of home, property , agriculture land etc. I have received this EWS provided by Rajasthan Government.

But my question is --- Can I fill the form of UGC NET in EWS category on the base of this EWS certificate??
After qualifying UGC NET Exam , will I be able to apply for any jobs in Rajasthan where UGC NET is applicable?? Because in UGC NET guideline both annual income and land criteria should be fulfilled to qualify exam with EWS category.

For EWS Candidates , What is the age limit for applying  JRF ? 

There is no age limit concession. It is the same as for General Category.

Shalu Narang I am facing the same problem.I have discussed this issue with NTA officials and they they assured me that I will be adjusted in General Category as my score is also more than General Category cutt off.For this purpose I have also submitted handwritten application to NTA.But three months have passed no correction has been done and I again talked to one of their official and he again assured me that it will be corrected.Now I am again going to NTA head quarter because from my point of view better is to contact them in person to get it corrected.Let me know if this helps.I would be very happy if I could get any update or information regarding this.
