As I am obc category. Do I eligible for obc ncl certificate as my father is retired from army with rank of subedar ?? plz answer it briefly , umeed it for upsc exam

Hello Sangita Gupta,
To get an OBC NCL certificate the candidates parent's income must be less than INR 8 lakhs per annum.
In addition to this, the salary and agricultural income are not to be considered as income for annual year while applying for the certificate.
You are eligible for getting this certificate.
