If you are talking about government colleges then the seats will be allotted based on the college cutoffs and your score. As very few government colleges have management quota seats, there will be no issue with management quota.
.
Your admission into a college will be based on your score as well as with college cutoffs. In simple your admission will be allotted based on the merit list
