As i completing my btech in kakatiya university. But i want to do my mtech in jawaharlal nehru technology university in which both are different affiliated? Is their any trouble .

As you told you are pursuing BTech from college affiliated to kakatiya university and wants to do the mtech from jawaharlal nehru technology university .
Its absolutely fine, after completion of your Btech from any college or university .
you can go to any other university or college for your master degree (mtech).
it will make no difference.You just need to score good enough to be eligible for university criteria you wants to jion.
and there are several exams conducted by the university for admission .
GATE is the common exam for the Mtech admission in the India.
